Hey friends! Welcome to November! As the days get cooler, we're focusing on gratitude. We want to take a moment to say thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community. We are truly grateful for each of you! You may notice some work starting, as our carpet replacement project officially began on (10/20). We are currently updating the 4th and 3rd floors and will move to the remaining floors in the months ahead.

"My family have lived here off and on over the years and always end up coming back. It is home. The staff have always treated me and my family like we were part of their home. Always smiling, always saying hello, always making my kid laugh. It feels safe and feels like a place where the kiddo can run about and we don't have to feel overly stressed about their safety, the community here is very welcoming. From the last time we were here to our most recent return the units have been updated, the common areas have been refreshed, new carpet has been put in, the grounds have amplified as far as "park-like" vibes. This is home, and going to be for the foreseeable future."

Pet Of The Month
Lobo
Meet Lobo, Vilara’s adorable Pet of the Month! This handsome fellow is a four-month-old Belgian Malinois is pure energy and joy. Lobo is a true beach pup at heart—he absolutely loves running through the sand and splashing in the waves. When he's not enjoying a coastal adventure, you can find him playing endless games of fetch and making new friends (both human and canine!) throughout the community. Always curious and outgoing, Lobo greets everyone he meets with an enthusiastic wagging tail and a big dose of puppy charm. Stop and say hello if you see this happy boy around!
