Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. A community update: The carpet installation in the 1st- and 2nd-floor hallways will take place in December. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Paint & Sip Night!
Our Paint & Sip Night brought out all the creativity, color, and community we could ask for. From the cutest charcuterie cups to the good-vibe energy our residents always show up with — this one was a hit. A huge thank-you to our little Picassos for joining us and making the night unforgettable. We can’t wait to do it again.

Surfing Santa Contest
Forget the snow—the most festive action is at Salt Creek Beach for the Surfing Santa Contest on Saturday, December 13, 2025! This epic event features dozens of Santas, elves, and holiday characters trading their sleighs for surfboards to catch some gnarly waves. It's free to watch the hilarious chaos, which typically runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Best of all, this awesome tradition raises money for Surfers Healing, supporting kids with autism. Don't miss the associated custom surfboard auction that runs through the end of December!

It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to Feeding San Diego to support local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!
