What are the lease terms?
Our lease terms range from 8 - 13 months.
How do I apply?
Browse our available floorplans, then pick the home that you are most interested in and click the "Apply Now" link on that page. You will then be able to register in our leasing portal and begin the application process.
When will I know whether or not I am approved?
You will know whether or not you are approved typically within 48 hours, if income information is provided in a timely manner.
Do you accept cosigners?
Yes, with certain income restrictions we are happy to allow guarantors.

What is the pet policy?
Pets are welcome with a $500 deposit and $50 pet rent per month, per animal. Vilara allows up to two pets per apartment. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

Are parking spots available for residents?
Each residence includes complimentary gated parking, with one included space for 1 bedroom homes, two included spaces for two and three bedroom homes, included in your rent. Additional spaces available for rent.

Do you have a resident referral program?
Yes! We offer $350 per referral after the new resident lives with us for 30 days.
