Who manages this community?
The Vilara Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.
What are the touring options at Vilara?
We are offering in person tours only at this time. You may request a tour via our contact form, or by calling one of our friendly leasing agents at (949) 503-0203 today.
What are the office hours?
Come in and visit at your convenience, we are open 7 days a week!
Monday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm
What are the lease terms?
Our lease terms range from 6 months to 15 months.
How do I apply?
Browse our available floorplans, then pick the home that you are most interested in and click the "Apply Now" link on that page. You will then be able to register in our leasing portal and begin the application process.
When will I know whether or not I am approved?
You will know whether or not you are approved typically within 48 hours, if income information is provided in a timely manner.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are welcome with a $500 deposit and $50 pet rent per month, per animal. Vilara allows up to two pets per apartment. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.
Are parking spots available for residents?
Yes, parking stickers are provided based upon apartment size and open spaces in resident limited access gate.
Do you accept cosigners?
Yes, with certain income restrictions we are happy to allow guarantors.
Do you have a resident referral program?
Yes! We offer $500 per referral after the new resident lives with us for 30 days.
