October 10th - Muscles, Margs, & Good Vibes!
Get ready for a high-energy HIIT Workout on Friday, October 10th, brought to you by Fort Fitness! The full-body workout kicks off at 6:00 PM in the Artisan Yard (across from the pool) and will feature equipment like the ski erg and maces. Stick around after the sweat session at 7:00 PM in the Clubroom to unwind with tacos and tequila!

We love seeing our residents come together, enjoy delicious bites, and celebrate the good life at Vilara! 💛

"2+ years of living here and I’m really happy. For a picky person with lots of sensitivities, it’s hard for me to find a new place that is even comparable to Vilara with their wonderful staff (Michael especially), amazing amenities and beautiful and spacious apartments. Great maintenance team as well. Every apartment complex has their share of issues or things we can pick apart, however, for the most part they’re pretty on top of what matters. Other companies and complexes I’ve rented from I can’t say the same for. The pros outweigh any cons. I think residents can do more in terms of respecting the property and treating it like their own — that would likely eliminate some issues people have mentioned here and I may have experienced. I also recently needed various forms of support and accommodations from the leasing office staff/management as I battle critical health issues. They have been incredibly understanding and willing to help. I truly appreciate that. More than words can express. Thank you Vilara team and North Coast."

Pumpkin City's Pumpkin Farm & Oktoberfest
From October 1st to October 31st, Pumpkin City's Pumpkin Farm & Oktoberfest in Laguna Hills is the premier spot for local fall festivities near Laguna Niguel. This family-friendly harvest festival transforms a local lot into a pumpkin wonderland featuring thousands of pumpkins, amusement rides, carnival games, and a petting zoo. For adults, the fun extends into the evening with the dedicated Oktoberfest Beer Garden, which serves seasonal brews, brats, and pretzels, making it a perfect spot for both daytime family outings and festive nighttime celebrations. Admission is free on weekdays before 4 PM and all day on Halloween.

Vikara Laguna Beach Yoga Festival
Mark your calendar for a day of wellness at the Vikara Laguna Beach Yoga Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025, set against a spectacular Pacific Ocean backdrop at Guyer Field on the Laguna Beach High School stadium field. This one-day outdoor wellness celebration invites yogis and fitness enthusiasts to participate in a variety of activities, including Vinyasa flow classes, quick HIIT warm-ups, breathwork sessions, sound healing, and meditation. Beyond the mats, attendees can explore a dedicated Wellness Village featuring various vendors, as well as catch an Acro Yoga demonstration and jam session, making it a comprehensive event that fosters mind, body, and community connection.
