June is here, and summer is just around the corner! The interior hallway painting project is in progress and should be finished by the end of this month. There are some exciting events coming up soon—can't wait to see you there!

Get the popcorn ready! We're hosting a movie night on June 27th, and it will take place on the 7th floor of the parking garage. Stay tuned for more details!

Every Thursday we will have rotating Food Truck in front of the leasing office from 5-8 PM!

Meet Rocket!
Welcome our Vilara Pet of the Month, the one and only Rocket! This handsome boy is celebrating his 2nd birthday this month, and he's a fantastic Husky-Labrador mix with a heart full of happiness. Rocket is super friendly and absolutely loves his long walks, making new pals, and chasing his favorite ball at the dog park. He's also a big softie, a true cuddler, and a lovable goofball who knows just how to turn a tough day around. When Rockets's around, you can't help but smile with all the love he gives!
