Swing by the Vilara leasing office on Thursday, April 16th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for our Tails & Treats event! We’ll have special goodie bags for your pups and refreshments for you to enjoy together. It’s the perfect morning treat for our favorite furry residents—stop by while supplies last!

"I live at the apartment community next door to Vilara, and I wanted to share a really kind experience I had this weekend. On Saturday around 8:30 PM, our community’s fire alarm started going off and it was incredibly loud and stressful, especially with our dogs.
Even though we are not residents of Vilara, the employees there noticed what was happening and opened their office after hours to help us and several other residents from our building. They welcomed us inside so we could get away from the noise, offered us refreshments, and gave us a comfortable place to sit with our dogs until the alarm at our property stopped.
They absolutely didn’t have to do that for people who don’t even live there, but they did anyway, and it showed a lot about the kind of team they have. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a stressful situation much easier. Huge thank you to Vilara for going out of their way to help their neighbors!

Meet Kira, Vilara’s official Pet of the Month! This spirited six-year-old Husky is a true local celebrity, known for her bold personality and those famous "husky conversations" that win over everyone she meets. Whether she’s exploring on a long walk, adding to her impressive toy collection, or negotiating for an extra scoop of peanut butter, Kira brings a perfect mix of puppy energy and signature sass to our community. She’s so special that she even inspired her owner’s career as a Veterinary Technician! We are so lucky to have this talkative, soulful, and joy-filled girl as the heart of our Vilara family. Congratulations, Kira!
