90'S PARTY

Throwing it back to our totally rad 90s Pool Party at Vilara!  With 125 residents joining us for great food, refreshing drinks, fun prizes, and nonstop good vibes, it was a day to remember. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such an awesome event—we can’t wait to do it again!

"I’ve lived at Vilara since 2022 and can say it’s truly a place I call home! The apartments are spacious and clean. Love the EV charging, the property has made so many upgrades since I moved in to keep it looking fresh for tenants. It’s obvious they put a lot of care into the community. They recently upgraded their dog park which is a HUGE plus for all the dog owners here. Dog owners gave feedback for a clean dog park and management listened which is so rare! Michael in the leasing office is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and happy living here. Ricky and Brian at maintenance are super friendly and always fast and ready to help. The neighbors in the building are all great and I feel very safe living here. The gym is always clean and my favorite gym overall. 10/10 recommend"

Sea Country Festival

Sea Country Festival

Wrap up your summer with one of Laguna Niguel’s favorite end-of-season traditions! From Friday, August 21 through Sunday, August 23, the city is hosting its annual Sea Country Festival along Aliso Creek Road (between Alicia Parkway and Dorine Road). This three-day event brings classic carnival rides, games, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, and live outdoor music right to our backyard. Admission is free, with ride wristbands and game tickets available on-site. Whether you’re stopping by for local eats, listening to live bands, or just soaking up the summer evening atmosphere, it’s a fantastic way to celebrate August with friends and neighbors.

One of the best perks of living at The Vilara is how close we are to Orange County’s most scenic outdoor paths! Pick up the Salt Creek Trail right in town for an afternoon bike ride, jog, or power walk that leads toward the ocean breeze. Staying active during peak summer months is all about finding workouts you actually look forward to—pack a cold water bottle, lace up your sneakers, and enjoy panoramic views of the rolling Laguna Niguel hills right in our backyard.

Dexter may have a serious expression, but don’t let it fool you—this five-year-old French Bulldog is always ready for an adventure. Whether he’s heading out for a neighborhood stroll or making new four-legged friends, Dexter loves every chance to get outside and socialize. Dressed to impress and full of charm, he’s proof that big personalities can come in compact packages. We’re thrilled to feature this handsome boy as this month’s Pet of the Month!
