July - Dog Park Upgrades

Paws and reflect: The Vilara dog park is getting a refresh! Renovations are officially scheduled for July. We can't wait to unveil a fresh, fun space for our community pups very soon! Keep an eye on your inbox for specific dates and project updates.

July Resident Event - 90’s Party 🎧

Dust off your flannel, grab your favorite fanny pack, and join us for an afternoon of throwback fun! Celebrate the best of the ’90s with nostalgic music, retro vibes, and great company. Food and drinks will be provided.

The Big 250! 🇺🇸

Happy 4th of July from Vilara! 🇺🇸
Wishing all of our wonderful residents a spectacular and safe Independence Day! If you are looking to catch a brilliant, traditional fireworks display close to home this year, grab your blankets and head just up the street to the Laguna Hills Community Center (25555 Alicia Parkway). Their America250 celebration kicks off with community fun and food trucks in the afternoon, live music at 6:00 PM, and a grand fireworks show lighting up the sky at 9:00 PM! As a quick reminder, our leasing office will have modified hours for the holiday, and we kindly ask that everyone review our community guidelines regarding firework safety to ensure a peaceful and secure evening for all neighbors and pets. North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive

North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th , helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Vilara, donations will benefit , providing critical resources to families throughout Orange County. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.

Vilara Pet of the Month: Meet Summer 🐾

Meet Summer, our adorable 2-year-old Golden Retriever with a heart as golden as her fur! Summer is known around the community for her incredibly friendly personality and her love for meeting new people. Whether she's enjoying a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or heading out on a long walk with her owner, Summer is always ready for an adventure. If you happen to spot her around Vilara, there's a good chance she'll be proudly carrying her favorite toy in her mouth while wagging her tail at everyone she passes. Summer loves long walks, making new friends (both human and furry), playing fetch with her favorite toy, relaxing in the sunshine after a fun day of play, and soaking up plenty of belly rubs and affection. Her sweet temperament, playful spirit, and constant smile make her a joy to see around the community. Summer is a wonderful reminder of how much happiness our pets bring into our everyday lives.
