We have a community update: There will be 15 new EV chargers on the 6th floor of the parking structure, and the completion date will be at the end of March. As we shake off the winter chill, let’s embrace the energy of spring and the moments that make this community feel like home.

Introducing Vilara's Pet of the Month, Rex – Our Gentle Giant! Meet this 5-year-old mix of German Shepherd and Anatolian Shepherd. Despite his large size, he is a complete lapdog at heart. Rex enjoys outdoor activities like car rides, long walks, and meeting new pals. If you spot him, don't hesitate to greet him; he loves making new friends! Fun fact: if you see him sitting, ask for a "paw" - it's his beloved trick!
